At times, she would say I love you too before his lips even began to form those words.
As if she simply wanted to put his mind at ease, confessing that she knew what he was thinking.
And he would reply, “I love you more,” touched by the connection they shared.

After the dust had settled for the fight they had, he was still a little annoyed and decided to not text her the following morning. And she was too busy with work to notice this. Thinking that she too might be feeling resentful, he quickly ran his fingers through the keyboard typing, "Good morning love, have a great day ahead :)"
